Thanks to each and every one of you for your words of encouragement. I

feel like I've started " swimming " , slowly but moving forward!! You all

helped me get off the driftwood!

I have exercised the last few days which is a miracle .

Have central air which is a greater miracle!!

Couples therapy tonight which is greatly needed!
