I just wanted to make sure you don't get upset

with yourself if you don't lose 3 for the week.

any exercise unless you call cleaning exercise..

If you worked up a sweat while doing it, sure, it's exercise!

to do

Wow! Are you stuck going to a laundromat like me or you have your own

washer? If the laundromat, you may as well bring a book and lunch with you!

I'll bet you do fine . Great goals and they aren't small, if they are a step for you. Remember, the mountain climbers got to the top one step at a time!! Praying dh feels better soon.

My goals for this week is to ride my free standing bike for 5 mins a

day. I know this is not much but hard for a person of 393 to do.

want to get more done around the house like cleaning.

on thursday 2 of my friends and I are going out to eat at all you can

eat place and I want to eat right. This is going to be a biggie for me.

want to do more calling and talking to over weight friends who are

hurting.

Take care of hubby as he is not doing to good so far this week.

, I hope you havent already unsubbed. I just got to this letter and so

wanted to respond to you before you decided to go. You said 5 minutes don't

seem like much. Oh yes it does. When I started I was 260 pounds. I started

walking on a treadmill and 3 minutes seemed like it was going to kill me. It

wiped me out! So yes...5 minutes is a great start. Don't feel rushed to

hurry up and get to 15 or 30 minutes. Just play it by ear. Ride your bike

daily for 5 minutes if you can get 5 minutes in for a couple weeks then add

5 minutes and ride 10 minutes for 2 or 3 weeks. Just build up to it. 5

minutes just starting out at our weight is great. Any movement you get

helps!
