Yesterday I did okay...I woke up late (10am) so I skipped a later snack and ate breakfast at my snack time..

Breakfast- 1/2 special K cereal

1c. 2%milk

1/2 banana

Lunch- 2 whole wheat tortillas

2oz. chicken

1/4c 2%milk cheese

1c. green beans

Snack- peanuts

Supper- 4oz salmon

4oz. sweet potato

1c. broccoli

apple

1c. 2% milk

Total Intake....1284calories....150carbs...41fat...86protein

So, as you see I am well below the 1500 calories..not real happy about that..but hopefully I can get in all my snacks today and that should add up to around 1500.
