Each day you will find information and motivation to continue in your personal process of active living. You CAN get more fit, no matter what your size, age, ability, or disability. Whenever possible, drink some water (or other non-caffeine beverage) in the hour BEFORE your workout. This way your body will be hydrated right from the start. This helps your muscles work and facilitates the function of your joints. You will feel better as you do your workout just because your body is in the best condition when you start.
