Fitness Tip of the Day

Pay attention to who you are and what you need. Some people like to workout in the privacy of their own home. Videos and home exercise equipment might be good for them. Some people really need structure: a time and place set aside for exercise. They will benefit from going to a scheduled activity or class. Some people enjoy being with others. Attending a class or going to a fitness center might be just the trick. The important thing is to pay attention to what YOU like and don't like. Find the right environment for your workout. Just because you can't seem to make yourself workout does not mean you are a failure. You probably have not found the right environment to meet your needs. Keep looking. Keep experimenting. You are on the road to success.
