Guest guest Posted March 24, 2005 Report Share Posted March 24, 2005 Yesterday I committed to exercise and I did!! 45 minutes " Strong Women Stay young " strength training video and 5 minutes yoga stretches. Yeah, ME Again, came home in between jobs and exercised. That's a challenge; what I wanted to do was NAP!!! but I met my committment! Today: will do an exercise video this AM and Yoga class tonight. Had a very heartwarming last night of the semester: Presents, cards and a feast!!! I was touched. Food is not where I want it to be, but I'm focusing on the positive.
