ADM: A reminder to trim messages when replying

I noticed that many of you are failing to trim away the old messages when

replying. That makes for a large file size and a very cluttered Digest.

Remember, some people still pay by the minute when on-line or have small

email in-boxes.

When replying, please just include a few lines from the old message in your

new one, just enough so we know what you're referring to.
