Guest guest
> I do better walking than just standing. Once I get moving the foot tendon loosens up. Even the doc said that was a symptom that made the fasciitis and tendonitis easy to diagnose. But on those bad days, just getting out of bed and putting that foot on the floor - OUCH! I have to hold on to the footboard and hobble across the room to get to my shoes. Once I get them on and take a few real steps I can usually go okay. Last Saturday the pain never eased up, though, and I had to take that darn pill. >If I stand in one place my thigh > goes to sleep. Sciatica I guess. I have that on my right side and it acts up when I exercise or walk a long distance (Which lately is only a block or 2) but I get the pain from the hip down ad can barely lift my leg up. Ed has it on his left side and his whole hip to calf goes numb but he has no pain. Both of us were diagnosed as having sciatica. It's just the way and place the nerve is pinched.
