One form of exercise I do are videos: and Sansone. 's are always the right level for me. not too easy and not too difficult. But I've been noticing how I dread doing some of L Sansone videos because they are too hard.The ones that say " Power WaLk " are an intermediate rather than beginner level. I can do them but they are more difficult and somewhat painful to my muscles and joints. so today, I pulled those out from my collection and put them away from the ones I use on a daily basis.This made such a difference psychologically for me. It is much easier to motivate myself to exercise for thirty minutes when I know it will be manageable and won't hurt my jonts.. I think this awareness comes partly from reading posts from all of you.I find the message here to be gentle, which for me is very motivating.
