I put it off and then put it off and then it was too late *sigh* I need to just do it! I did ok food wise.. stayed in calorie limits, but food choices could have been better, water was great! Today I got in about 21 mins on the bike and am on track food and water wise. The girls have dance class tonight and I will be making a quick dinner, but will be within calorie limits yet again so hey I'm back on track! Welcome to Jer!
