Anyone have any secrets??

black walnut herb... two to three caps for 4-5 days... you take them... she

is more than likely getting it from you. then onto pantothenic acid. (the b

vitamin) helps to keep yeast under control...

I went through this with my baby too. It's a major pain ! I bought

a calendula tincture from the healthfood store and mixed it wath

water then dabbed on sores in the mouth with a cotton ball.Same in

the diaper area . I think it was 1 part tincture to 3 parts

water. This will help heal the 'sores' which are painful to your baby.

Did you say you're nursing? If so you need to treat yourself .Even

if you aren't showing any signs it's likely she'll pass it from her

mouth to the breast. Wash your bra everyday with a vinegar rinse.Dab

1 part vinegar and 1 part water w/ cotton ball to nipples several

times a day .Go braless if you can.You want to keep everything as

dry as you can.

You want to keep baby's butt as dry as possible, too. Diaperless as

much as you're able. Sit out in the sun topless as well as your

little one's butt in the sun too.Do you use cloth diapers ? If so

wash in hot water with a vinegar rinse and a real hot dryer.

I hope some of this helps!

I used an acidophilus powder mixed with water and squirted it into

my newborns mouth with an eyedropper, this seemed to relieve the

pain enough for her to feed. You could probably use a cup with a 13

mth old. I put the same mixture on her nappy rash. It took almost

a week to disappear doing this several times a day. And yes you

need to treat yourself too, looking at the yeast and sugar content

of your diet. Good luck, I know its a nightmare!!

Which equates to no biscuits, cakes, alcohol, or sweets (naturally), plus no

bread or anything containing yeast, mushrooms, and no bovine dairy produce.

The regimen is strict, but it works. When I did my *candida* diet, I lost

nearly 28lbs. in just under four weeks. Cleared the candida and got

pregnant three weeks later, having had 3 miscarriages prior. Candida screws

up more than your gut....

BTW, probiotics are good but they have to be strong enough. Many aren't

stored correctly, either by retailers or consumers, and rapidly lose their

potency. Look for at least 4 billion organisms per strain.

There are several homoeopathic remedies that will be effective, and there is

also a homoeopathic candida remedy which helped me greatly during my breast

thrush. Using it with radionics cured the problem when nothing else would.

Sheri can better advise on this - I'm still too much of a rookie!

Love, light and peace,

Sue
