Guest guest
Hope this isnt to personal... What are the thoughts on an IUD? I am almost 40 yrs old and we need something more permenant. Our insurance will not cover anything like sterilization and we do NOT want any more children. I have a friend that has an IUD but the thought kind of scares me. Please feel free to email me if this is to personal to chat about on here. Thanks and if you have any info please share Thanks Sherry
Guest guest
I know this isn't addressing your question but as an FYI through the years, I've had a few patients come in with low back and shooting pain down a leg. The IUD was removed, voila, pain gone. And I have other patients that had them for years with no problems. I'll let the younger gals on the list suggest alternatives. I'm just too old and too happy to even think about it anymore. :-) , Chiropractor since 1976 OT..birth control.. Hope this isn't too personal... What are the thoughts on an IUD? Guest guest
I'll post to the list. I had one once, and HATED it, I guess it was personal but the pain was terrible, month after month - I had it taken out within a couple of months... NEVER AGAIN. I can't really DO anything about birth control now, no pills no hormonal anything........... LOL - and I REALLY have plenty of kids (3) for me.... !!
