Have you considered chiropractic care for your daughter?

One of mine learned to walk early, but fell over a lot. Like he was

off-balance or something. He had other issues (he's the only one of ours

that had the HepB, and had a horrid reaction to his 2mos DPT), but I

honestly wasn't sure if it was related or not. He didn't climb on anything

either (whereas my other older kids had been all major climbers by 1 yr.) He

was my roughest birth also (turned funny and the doctor turned him *Inside*

me. bleck)

I started going to a new chiropractor about that time, and one day a light

bulb went off in my head about my son. Duh, the stupid doctor who'd

delivered him twisted his neck! My new chiro also adjusted children, so he

checked my son's neck. Yup, THREE segments completely out of alignment and

rotated. No wonder this poor baby had had such a horrid first year! :-(

Long story short~ with regular adjustments, he finally started walking

straighter and fell less & less. And he started climbing! I guess he was

dizzy or something... besides being in pain all those months. :-( We also

started seeing his true personality come out, which was Amazing! Now he's 10

and he's still getting regular adjustments (along with all my other kids and

myself. ;-)

In general, vaccines do contribute to developmental delay. A simple

observation between children who've never been touched by one inoculating

needle on those who've received any will confirm that.

I have a question regaurding delayed crawling and walking. As I said in my

intro both of our 2 older daughters are vaccinated (no longer and not up

todate). Our Daughter MaKayla who is now almost 2, or will be the end of

December JUST recently started walking.Talking as well..she is getting

better but still uses a lot of grunting when she is asking for things.

We were seriously on the verge of taking her in to have her checked out..No

matter how much we worked with her or how long we would work with her on her

walking, she had problems with balance, and the grasp of what she was

supposed to do just was not there.

She has been walking fine since, for about 3 months. Sometimes her balance

is STILL off.

She also had absolutely no interest in sitting up or crawling..same thing,

no matter how much we would work with her she couldn't grasp the concept.

My question is, has anybody else had this problem and/or does anyone else

seem to think any of it could have been vaccination related? I had blamed

the sitting up and crawling bit on using cloth diapers with her since she

was allergic to disposables..but after everything that I have been reading,

this has me very curious.

Love Always,

Thanks, Jan (and others too that I haven't seen yet) for

posting this, I knew someone would suggest spinal

adjustments. I've seen this too through the years and I

just feel so bad for these poor babies that are born with

headaches and tummy aches and shoulder pain and, OK I'll

stop but you get the idea. I can almost see their little

faces saying: " I have a headache, etc " . but, of course

they can't verbalize the pain. Instead, they're irritable

and don't sleep, eat, etc. and the poor parents think they

have a difficult child and just accept the personality as

being that.

It's just so important to get them checked ASAP after birth.

And I've checked some that were not misaligned and it was

something else causing the problem, too. I know the expense

is a consideration for some but like I've said before, most

Chiropractors have sliding fee schedules and if that doesn't

help, some will give free care. Bartering is still done

too.

This also happened to two of my sister's children. The chriopractor helped out

tremendously!

I just saw a kid who sounds like this. He is in my kids Tai Kwon Do

class, and the grandmother and I were commiserating that we would be

happy for the littlest bit of progress in our sons (one of mine has

autism) versus 'wooshing' them through their belts. Anyway, he just

got diagnosed after years and years of testing, with vertigo. The

grandma told me what he was like as a toddler, and it matches some

of what you wrote. The grandma is convinced it is because of all

the vaccinations the mother got during the military when she and the

docs did not know she was pregnant (unplanned).
