Whilst on the thread of health, i think we are probably more aware

of certain factors to create/maintain and improve it, including

nutritionally, but failing that, in times of sickness what do people

use?

I've been looking for some betacarotene for kids but the doses are

just all wrong. It's also hard to find definates on what doseages

should be exactly, i have a few bits and peices but theres not a lot

of info?, and i don't want to od!

I got some sambucol (whats anyones opinion on this?)

Also echinacea, goldenseal, vit c/zinc, selenium, hypericum, garlic,

shiitake,oregano etc. also looking at Olive leaf and larch, so

maybe a bit more botanical/homeopathic.

I do think the best source is true food but yknow, sometimes they

don't want to eat and it might be easier to put it in a drink etc.
