C reactive protein indicates inflammation

and often is something elevated in autoimmune diseases such as lupus

Do you have a homeopath?

It is a sign of inflammation in the body

It is a protein produced by the liver only present during periods of acute

inflammation

(heart, lupus, arthritis, other things)

I don't know about in acute illness.

Are you not feeling well?

Any symptoms

What you can do right away is take Co-Q10

as that helps with inflammation

Are you on any drugs?

<Are you not feeling well?

I'm feeling completely fine. I started avoiding sugars/white flours/starches

and have no complaints at all.

<Are you on any drugs?>

Nope, not at all. I take multi vit, omega 3, flax seed etc.

Well, the test could be wrong #1

#2 it could be something early

#3 it could be transient

I'd take CoQ10 at this point and see what goes on and have test repeated

<I'd take CoQ10 at this point and see what goes on and have test repeated>

I'll repeat the test as soon as I can. Is it one that is more accurate if you

fast? Also what is CoQ10 and how and how much do I take? I don't know much

about supplements or anything else for that matter. LOL
