Usually there are three sides to every story and with all due respect it has been my experience that behind closed doors of some of the most charming families is a pattern of abuse which does not show up in the usual medical reports until an autopsy is done. In any case I hope they resolve this issue. Gibbons QC, prosecuting, told the jury that Latta was feeding his daughter upstairs in their detached four bedroom house in Byron Close, Bishop’s Waltham, Hants, when it is alleged he lost his temper and attacked his daughter while the rest of the family sat down to Sunday lunch. Mr Gibbons said: “She may well have been difficult about feeding and he lost his temper, he banged her head hard against a solid surface of some kind and shook her.” Charlotte was taken to the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester where doctors found she had a fractured skull and pressure from blood in the brain. A skeletal scan showed that she had 32 fractures to her ribs, limbs and collar bone. Mr Gibbons said that some of these were old injuries and alleged that Latta had attacked Charlotte at least three times, including the time he murdered her. “It became clear to the doctors that in the past she had been repeatedly and cruelly mistreated by someone who had used considerable and overwhelming force,” he said. “She had been squeezed with such force her ribs had fractured. “Just imagine how hard you would have to squeeze a baby to fracture her ribs,” he said to the jury. My caps are not an indication of frustration to anyone in the group that knows little about how SBS is diagnosed/misdiagnosed. However, this article I found rather unsettling because it appears to be another one of the thousands of SBS cases in which parents and or caregivers are fasley accused. The baby was 10 months and how many injections of formaldehye, aluminum hydroxide, thimerosal...etc did she have along with other toxic ingredients? You have to realize how much damage those vaccines were already doing to Charlotte before the " alleged murder " . The ongoing poison was the cause of a ticking bomb that finally went off. Have you looked at all the vaccine ingredients and what they are scientifically known to do? Sit down, read all those ingredients and their toxic descriptions. It's more than you have fingers on both hands. This baby was clearly not nursing. If she had been, her mother's milk would've helped with the vitamin C so needed to fight the injected ingredients. (breast milk has 8 times vitamin C). Vitamin C also plays a vital role in bone density and development. All these poisons making it into her blood stream. They concentrate in the bones and blood/brain barrier. They ruin her nerve protective coating by not letting the coating form around her nerves....This poor baby was CLEARLY vaccinated and CLEARLY lacked the vitamins that formula is known to lack. Bone fractures are very characteristics of SBS babies who've been vaccinated and a parent or caregiver has been accused of something...and had no idea what they had coming to them. OLD BONE fractures are a result of ongoing vaccinations. They could never heal because of the ongoing vaccinations. Nor could they be detected early on because there were no bruises to begin with on this baby's body at every check up. Scientifically and historically of SBS cases, there are old bone fractors. Now, a baby that's only 1 week-2 months and dies of SBS may not have the old bone fractors. Only " new bone fractors. " The attack on their body takes on a more immediate lethal result. In the case of SBS, old bone fractors do not make the scientific case that a baby was literally abused by her father on an ongoing basis. There is always a flip side that must be closely examined. WHERE ARE THE BRUISES?!?!?! The prosecutor, according the article, makes aboslutely no mention of bruises on Charlotte's head. Nor does the doctor make mention of bruises on the child's chest (broken ribs) or legs where there are bone fractures. If the father was so abusive, every single time he took her for check ups and the last time she was taken, there would've been clear indiciations of some external force...enough to cause the bone fractors. BRUISES should be mentioned. THERE SHOULD BE BRUISES on the baby's head if such force is alleged to have been used on Charlotte. To bang a child's head so hard would not only result in fractors, but ALSO IN SERIOUS BRUISING. WHERE ARE THE BRUISES? Also, if the physicians had seen in the past some serious problems, then why in the world was this not reported before? I can tell you why. Doctors see this kind of thing often and THEY KNOW that vaccines play a large role in a child's condition. Instead, they keep quiet and only speak up when the child is finally dead. Does anyone not see anything wrong with this? Also, the mother makes no mention of hearing any banging or even the father's raised voice...ANYTHING to indicate that in just a matter of seconds, he turned violent. No one heard any banging of any objects on any surface. Certainly not the aggresively forceful banging need to cause that extent of damage. The only thing that was heard was the father's desparate voice calling out to his wife. Charlotte's difficult feeding is yet another clear indication of vaccine poisoning. Her body simply could not take it anymore. With all the research I've done on SBS, this father is FAR FROM GUILTY and COMPLETELY INNOCENT. All of Charlotte's conditions are a clear indication of vaccine poisoning over a period of 10 months.
