I've never been thin, or even " normal " weight, in my life, so never have I ever been that size in my dreams. So, how hot did you look? Enough to stay on your food plan to get there? ;^) Sue in NJ
Guest guest
Funny - My exercise leader (when I was going) wanted me on the floor so she could show me how to get up. My doctor said " no way " was he going to allow this because he didn't want to risk my breaking something. Remember I'm 71 years old. Anyway, one day I found myself on the floor so I decided that would be a good opportunity to try out what Tammy has shown us about how to get up. So I tried it and had no trouble at all. I was so proud of myself I was beaming. Then.........I woke up. What a letdown. Marie Re: Re: Kim's dream > What is interesting is that I was at goal weight in the dream. No wonder you're an old hand (no pun intended) at Lasix. > Anyway, one day I found myself on the floor so I decided that would be a > good opportunity to try out what Tammy has shown us about how to get up. I *could* get up by myself, but prefer a chair or something to climb on, more so because of my arthritic knees and hip than the fatness of my tummy. Hubby, who is only 53 and 50 pounds lighter than me, is the same way. So > I tried it and had no trouble at all. I was so proud of myself I was > beaming. Then.........I woke up. What a letdown. LOL I was tempted a few years ago to get this one yoga video, solely because she *does* show large people how to graciously get up from the floor. Unfortunately, I never did and the video is now out of print. I don't know if her follow-up video shows how. http://www.miragevideos.com/bmyfcab.htm Sue in NJ
Guest guest
> Can you dream up 220? At 220 my measurements weren't much different than they are now. I even wore the same size clothes at 220 as I did at 290. >The security guy was laughing because I had put the > thing on backwards. The bra part was in back and the see thru lace > in front. Hey, a lot of people put a bra on hooks-front and then twist it around to the back before slipping their arms in the straps. Leave it to a guy to laugh at something like that. I wish *they* had the clothing problems we did! At least we ladies no longer wear those awful knee-length girdles with garter hooks or " full body shapers " , another name for medieval torture devices.
