Guest guest
Ella, I'm guessing Sue addresses this later in the thread, but here goes: and a team of experts researched the amount of calories a person can consume that will allow them to lose weight as quickly as possible without slowing their metabolism. Bigger people need more calories to carry on their metabolic processes and more calories to simply carry their weight around. The average weight loss is 1-2 lbs a week. I was dropping 1 1/2 lbs a week on 1600 calories with spotty exercise and 1800 calories during my PMS week. (No, that is not in the plan, but I would have eaten someone's face otherwise.) Kim > > > > > I guess I'm mostly wondering if the method is the same. With deal > a meal the first week or so was 1200 calories a day, then it went up > to like 1400. Is the food mover like that too? > > > > Yep. All that is the same. The calorie plans are 1000, 1200, 1400, > 1600, 1800, 2000. Between 200 and 250 lbs, the level is 1600. > Above 250lbs, 2000 calories and below 200 lbs, 1400 calories > > Kim >
Guest guest
Barbara, So glad when I read this post. I sort of thought you were starting on Tuesday and having 5 or 6 " last chance before the diet " nights. This is wonderful news. Kim > I heard that with the foodmover program you can have 12 the first week???? Is that true. I am on the 1400 calories now because of the weight I am now. I am not on program now just watching what I eat until after next Monday's jury duty since I know I can't drink the water like I should locked in a room all day!!!! LOL!!!!! > I also use Cooking Light recipes and 3 Fat Chicks on a Diet recipes as they are really tasty. I used them when I lost the 65 lbs and just sort of guessed at the exchanges used and I still lost weight. > Barbara

Guest guest
No I am not just eating whatever I want before I start again. I have changed my lifestyle and the way that I look at food. I have maintained most of the weight loss and will never go back to what I looked like or weighed before. Barbara Re: Food Mover & Deal a Meal Barbara, So glad when I read this post.
