Guest guest
Sheri, and , Thanks for all the suggestions! I got ahold of the chruch this morning and they said that they were taking care of it. I had emailed the USMC SSgt at their local Toys for Tots organization just as the TFT (toys for tots) web site said to do, gave him all the information. I received a reply back this morning (boy he must of been up early!) that TFT does not give toys directly to the family and that I would have to contact a few different local charitable organizations to see if they could help. Oh... and he even called me Mam in my email! LOL... I guess I will let the church deal with it from this point on, though my mom is going to try to see how my sister is set for food. I guess it just depends on how willing she is to tell her. The rest of us (siblings) are not supposed to know all that is going on. It is a long story, but my sister has kind of pulled away from the family a bit and will not share things anymore like she used to. Hopefully things will eventually work themselves out. a
