Guest guest Posted December 15, 2003 Report Share Posted December 15, 2003 breakfast: cereal, milk and fruit. one bowl lunch: giant plate of steamed green beans with american cheese slices (3) and croutons (no more than 3/4 cup) Supper: 2 tuna sandwiches water: 80 ounce goal No dessert foods, no fast food.
