Guest guest
Hi all, Well today is one of my slower days this week! I will be starting the bread maker in a few minutes to make buns for dinner (or maybe I'll just go buy some). Then I have to pack up some gifts to mail next time I'm out and about and the PO is open. I'll be putting finishing touches on jam jars and I've got a school meeting tonight at 6:30, so nothing too big. As far as Sue's question about when my " crud " started, it was the first week in November so I've been fighting this for about 6 weeks now. I didn't get the antibiotics until almost 3 weeks into it. I've only had a couple of fevers, the one bad one and then a more minor one this past weekend. I'm currently to the point that I don't feel horrible, but I don't feel well either. I can tell I'm fighting this bug, and that is it headed to my lungs, but not alot I can do about it. I started out with sinuses/ear ache then that plus a sore thorat, swollen glands and fever, fever went and sinuses improved (still not perfect), throat still swollen, but not really sore, gland swelling comes and goes, yesterday my left lung hurt most of the day on anything more then a shallow inhale, but no real wheezing or congestion yet. I started coughing a bit last night and a little more today, but still no real rattle or wheezing, just a bit tight, along with the swollen throat and a slight swelling of the glands, and a little sinus congestion. I just feel run down, overwhelmed and somewhat exhausted. I think I would have to sleep for a couple of days to feel better. If I get worse, I will call the Dr. I just don't know if they will make any changes at this point. I'm sure they are busy at this point with all the flu that is going around. a
