Guest guest
, I am so sorry to hear that the flush is not an option for you. Rest easy knowing that those of us who are able, will be adding you to our healing prayer list. Are you still able to scan photos for us? I know you offered this a few days ago, is that too much for you now? If so, not to worry, just get healthy again. ~KarmaPlease visit my new Web Site for Zone Profileshttp://loaves-n-fishes.com/zoneprofiles.html I am contnuing to have gallbladder problems and the worst is the problems that are related to the attacks. So .. instead of doing the flush as I had hoped I may have to have the dreaded surgery

Guest guest
. You may already have this info. but there are poultices that you can use to help with the gallbladder problem. There is also a concoction of lemon juice and virgin olive oil that you can drink that helps with stones and pain. I took an herbalist course and this info was given. If you want the formulas for the poultice or the drink ( not really a drink) you can e-mail me at starmom126@.... Just a little alternative, natural remedy info. I am by no means an expert, but I have a couple of friends who are. One is a naturopathic physician. I can get you some info. if you want it. Hope you are better soon. I will keep you in my prayers.Starr
Guest guest
Last week someone posted a great story about a father and son, something about the echo of the son's voice and how what you get back in life is a reflection of what you give out. Would you mind reposting this story? I wanted to give a copy of this to my son and accidentally deleted it. Thanks so much in advance Pam Re: Checking In ... Guest guest
>Hi y'all! Thought I'd wish everyone a Happy New Year, Glad you stopped by. I was wondering where you vanished to this time. I'm glad it's not because of illness. >that whatever state your home was inon New Year's Day was how your life was going to be for the rest of the year! Looks like I have another year of dust bunnies to put up with, then. >(and, as a bonus, we're moving to the same city as my in-laws -- can we say babysitting privileges? That was one good thing of living with my m-i-l, before she got sick. She or her girlfriends were *always* offering to watch Henry for us so we could go shopping. But her nights were heres - that woman was so active socially she was rarely home after 6 pm, so we never had an evening sitter. >P.S. I invested in a pedometer the other day I'm still wearing my old faithful one. It's about 15 years old and only meaures in tenths of a mile, but what more do I need? I logged over 5 miles yesterday and I wasn't even trying. >but I don't put mine on until I've finished my RS tape ... cause it tends to fly off my shoe when I do the high stepping. It goes on your *shoe*? Mine clips to my waistband. I never saw one that clipped to a shoe before, but then again, I haven't been looking at them. Have fun finishing up your housework, and enjoy the holiday. Sue in NJ
Guest guest
Destiny is no matter of chance. It is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved.- Jennings <<<Hi y'all! Thought I'd wish everyone a Happy New Year, as I probably won't make it back onto the comp later today. Have too much house scrubbing to do. (My great-grandmother drilled into me that whatever state your home was in on New Year's Day was how your life was going to be for the rest of the year! So I want it nice and orderly!)>>> Happy New Years to you also and boy oh boy I'm in trouble - still haven't got my house in order <<< So I'm sticking with my tapes and walking the dogs, and once we've moved I'll look into gym memberships there (and, as a bonus, we're moving to the same city as my in-laws -- can we say babysitting privileges? They've already offered, BTW)>> sounds like a good plan and yippee for moving closer to the grandparents <GBG> <<<P.S. I invested in a pedometer the other day ... really nice one. Got it at Target for $12 (joys of living in a border town!). It measures steps, calories, distance, and time. AND it talks to you! Been wearing it, and have been averaging 9,000 steps per day. I know we're supposed to work on 10,000 steps, but I don't put mine on until I've finished my RS tape ... cause it tends to fly off my shoe when I do the high stepping. So, 9000 steps PLUS a workout video ... think I'm meeting my minimum.>>> I spent that much on one from Wal-Mart that stinks! I guess I'll need to check out target. Guest guest
Well, the instructions say I can wear it on my waistband, but I found that it caused a lot of false readings, as it would rack up steps if I was just bending over to pick up my son. With it on my shoe, it only registers when I take a real step ... one of my TOPS friends told me about the shoe thing. She's been wearing one all year. (She's also like me in that anything on my hip --while sitting -- drives me nuts! I even take my pager off when I'm sitting ... I usually end up clipping that one to my bra!) Back to dustbunnies! Kara >but I don't put mine on until I've finished my RS tape ... cause it tends to fly off my shoe when I do the high stepping. It goes on your *shoe*? Mine clips to my waistband. Guest guest
>but I found that it caused a lot of false readings, as it would rack up steps if I was just bending over to pick up my son. I forgot you had little ones. I could see where certain motions would cause it to register as a step. >(She's also like me in that anything on my hip --while sitting -- drives me nuts! I even take my pager off when I'm Well, I have no pager, no cell phone, not even a key ring that snaps on to a belt, only the teeny pedometer about 1 " x 2 " . Even with all my spare tires, it doesn't get in the way when I sit. I'll have to try it on my left shoe some time and see if it's any different. If I put it on my right it'll register every time I drive and step on a pedal. >I usually end up clipping that one to my bra!) I read that pedometers can be clipped there, too, but I don't know how accurate that would be, either.
