I don't have any personal experience with it, but I do remember back

to when I was doing optifast (then got kicked out that they said

you may have problems with balance because of the center of gravity

thing.

Be careful out there in this winter weather, you certinally don't

need to injure yourself anymore then you already have!

Sorry, don't know where my mind was that day I hope your knee gets

to feeling better soon! Anyhow, the Optifast thing was back in 1990,

I had to have emergency surgery after only being on it for 4 weeks.

My " emergency " surgery had to be put off a week while I got back on

solid food. It was when the discovered I had a 6.5lb ovarian cyst

that turned out to be a mild ovarian cancer. Sooo yep, they kicked

me out because I had to have surgery. Oh well... I had actually lost

40lbs in one month on it. Gained it all back and then some, but it

took a while.
