Guest guest Posted December 15, 2003 Report Share Posted December 15, 2003 Good Morning everyone. Hope you are all doing okay especially if you were one of the ones who got the snowstorm yesterday. We have a no school day and it is too cold to play outside. My goals for today are B--eggbeaters, mushrooms, lowfat yogurt no snack---will get in some exercises--drink water L--Tuna in pita w/lettuce not sure if I will have any snacks D--Homemade beef stew---cooking in the crockpot right now. Has lots of veggies & mushrooms. lowfat biscuits no snack at night for me. I also will drink lots of water but none after dinner. I broke the 250 mark---I am down to 249.5. My new goal for Jan 1st is 248. I am almost there. I have a busy day today---I need to go to the post office and mail some packages. And mail my Xmas cards off. My son brought home a 5# box of assorted chocolates---you know---the one with the road map so you know what to avoid. I do allow myself to eat three of these a day. And my daughter who lives in Texas sent me a box of baked goodies, and my ex-husband sent me over a pumpkin roll. Not to mention all the yummy foods we have on Xmas day---crab cakes---my down fall there. Now I am hungry---so I guess I will go make some eggbeaters and use lots of veggies this morning. Sorry girls if I made you hungry---those temptations are rough. Good luck to everyone and Happy Holidays. And yes this is the best gift I could ever do for myself, a loss of 29.5 lbs so far. in NY.
