I met the simple goals I set for myself with some variations.

Breakfast was malto meal and raisins at 8:30 p.m.

Lunch was 1/4 of a 14 " pizza at noon. The toppings were pepperoni,

sausage, mushrooms, onion, and green pepper. This was at noon.

My vegetable was 1 cup steamed green beans with 2 slices american

cheese and some croutons. This was with lunch.

Supper for work was packed and included 1/5 of a 16 " pepperoni

pizza, an apple and some Trix yogurt.

I drank 60 ounces of water.

I plan to have a cup of Nestle hot cocoa with mini marshmallows yet

tonight. Beyond that, I will only have water.
