Well... I've been so busy that it would have had to of been

immaculate conception! Besides that I've been pretty darn regular

and am I belive on about day 10? of my cycle so nope not that.

As far as the " take with food " med, it's the glucophage. I tend to

take it right before going to bed, and I can't eat then because of my

GERD that I'm taking nexium for. I take all of my once a day meds at

night (5 different ones, six pills), and then the glucophage again

mid morning.

Anyhow... gotta go clean a bit... I messed up the cake for tomorrow,

I handled it while it was too warm trying to rush things along a

little, and it crumbled, so I called wal-mart to the rescue and for

*only* $23 I can have the cake I need by tomorrow. Oh well, one less

stressor for me ;)

a

who still thinks it would be nice to have another one at times, but

*must* be insane for even thinking that! :)

I thought that one had to be take first thing in the morning, something to

do with blood levels of the med to coincide with your meals? Nevermind - I

see it's twice a day (below)

What I said above goes for *any* once-a-day meds. Back in nursing school's

pharmacy classes were were always told an order for a medication once a day

is *always* first thing int he morning unless specified by the doctor or

pharmacist to take otherwise. Obviously something liek a sleeping pill would

be once a day at bedtime, but pressure pills, heart pills, and all that are

best taken in the morning, usually.

This is the one that's just for the kids, right? Can't it be fixed by using

a little extra frosting as glue?

>Oh well, one less stressor for me ;)

But one extra temptation, for now you'll have a *third* cake floating around

the house.

2 are BP meds, one is supposed to be twice a day but I was always

afraid to go up to the twice a day and justifiably as my BP has been

in the 110's over 70's on the med as it is. The others are nexium

and singulair that Specifies to take at night, though I'm not sure

why. I figure if they are once a day and are " supposed " to last 24

hours then I don't worry as long as it is 24 hours apart. I also

worry with my BP meds that if I take it in the morning that my BP

will drop too low during the day and I'll get more light headed then

I already am. I figure if it hits it's peak while I'm asleep then I

don't worry about it *as* much, though I know my BP is already lower

when I sleep, so who knowes. I just know I do better remembering

them at night then I do in the morning.

Oh when I say crumbled I mean crumbled.... it was way tooo warm to

be handling as much as I was, I really should have waited longer, but

I was trying to move it out of the pan to the cooling rack so it

would cool faster...... the pot holders slid off the pan and the pan

slid and it kind of " fell " to the cooling rack and just crumbled into

a bunch of pieces. Oh well.... and nope it isn't anything I'll have

to worry about since it is going in the trash... WHY you say?

well...... I got the other cake all decorated and left it on the

counter, then went to the party with the girls (forgot to get pic's

will get them on halloween), when we got home we had found the

kittens had gotten into that cake as well..... We found a part of it

that didn't have an signs of cat licks or bites and put candles onit

and each had a small piece. The rest is in the tras as well. We are

trying to water train the cats to keep off the table or counter, but

no one was home and they were bad! If we can't get them to improve

they will be outdoor cats!
