Well,

I have had 3 days eating on plan.

I was so busy doing Sue's laundry and 's dishes yesterday that I did

*nothing* at all in my own place.

To remedy that, I plan to wash dishes after I shower and dress. Then I am

going to make the bed and have a giant veggie stir fry for lunch.

After Days of Our Lives, I am going grocery shopping. Supper at work will

be a tuna sandwich, carrots, and fruit.

I don't have a menu plan for the following week, so I will just get survival

foods for now. Frozen veggies, fresh fruit, bread, eggs, raisins, meat for

. He has been bugging me for lasagne so I suppose I will buy stuff for

that.

That's what Ed wants for Thanksgiving, and I *have* done it a few times.

In fact, next to pizza, lasagna is Ed's favorite food.

Hmmm, I have some whole wheat lasagna noodles, and plenty of veggie

crumbles, tomato sauce, and cheese, so maybe I'll surprise him with one next

week. I've been wondering what to make on Thursday, and this will fit the

bill nicely. Of course, it'll be enough to carry over into leftovers for

Saturday, too. Thanks!

done!

That always sounds soooo yummy to me! I really do need to start

doing that.

Ohhh do you know everyone who is being killed off????? DO you want

to know???? I can tell you who the brick was for if ya wanna

know ;) I'm on another for Days and Passions (god I

hate that show, but can't not watch). Anyhow.... I'll share if ya

wanna know!

Tuna is far from my favorite, but if it's all I got left in the house

and I'm desperate I'll eat it. LOL

Yep, I think that is how I'm going to end up shopping *IF* we go this

weekend. I'm trying to put it off for another week just because we

really do have most foods in the house, I just have to use them.

Oh i keep getting pestered for I belie it's called 6 layer venison

casserole. It starts with a bed of wild rice, then sliced stewed

tomatoes, browned venison, saurkraut, sour cream and cheese. You

have to cook everything, layer it, let it set over night then bake it

the next day. It actually tates pretty good as awful as it sounds.

I haven't made it in years for him. His mom used to break down and

make it once a year. Then again she didn't have a bunch of little

kids running around. I think she actually liked to make it becasue

it was the one thing (other then cookies) that she could make that

was fit for human consumption. No wonder hubby never had a problem

with is weight as a child. He said for years he lived off of

peanutbutter on toast because her cooking was so bad.

Anyhow... I've gone W A Y off topic yet again. I'm glad your staying

on plan Kim! Ohhhhh and for those interested I'm going to see what

tapes I have double of and I'll post a list on here.

I found some really REALLY cheap at a garage sale yesterday so I

picked them up. I feel guilty for snapping up the ones from

and now I've not been using them for weeks on end. *sigh* Soooo I

will send on the ones I have doubles of.
