Well, monday went well. Better than the previous monday. Got my water in. 2 miles on the exercise bike. AND most important did not binge. I find that if I have popcorn OR a slimfast meal bar at 3 pm it helps me threw until dinner. No nibbling making dinner. PLUS I drink 24 oz of water with the bar OR popcorn. Yesterday I forgot to eat breakfast so I had a slimfast shake to get me threw until lunch. That was at 10 am. CHOICES it is all about CHOICES... I choice to eat better. I choice to drink my water. ANd I choice to be accountable for what goes in my mouth.

, you've been struggling for so long. At least you keep reading and

posting which I think is very important. This summer I was off plan but at

least I read the list every day and eventually I wandered back into the

fold. :) I think that sometimes it's all just beyond us and sometimes it

just clicks. I hope you start clicking soon. :) We all know how tough

this is.

Have you ever considered trying Sugar Busters? I was always a skeptic until

my sister's doctor told her to try it. For some of us weight loss seems

impossible because we don't realize that the carbs are doing a number on our

blood sugar and causing us to get even hungrier. Just a thought. We all

have to find our own path.

Hang in there and keep trying to take baby steps to get back on track. It

sounds like you've had a couple of good days which is a great start.

It sounds like you are doing great! Glad to see more of you back on

track! I really need to kick myself in the butt, I keep saying

tomorrow, but it never comes. *sigh* Sooooooo I'm glad to see

someone able to commit, it gives me hope!

here's to a speedy recovery for your puter <GBG> sounds like you're gearing up for a healthy 2004 - you can do it!!! we're here for you. hopefully, you'll get back in the saddle after the holidays.

I too need to do laundry but it involves going out - yuck! my room is a mess and a real tripping hazard lol. I have been stress free until yesterday - now I off the chart and ready to lose my mind ARG! deep breathes lol

Just a quick note to say hi. AND Happy Holidays. Today is cookies, pies, wrapping, and laundry. YUGH... My weight sucks. My house is a mess. Kids are hyper. Hubby is stressed. BUT with all that said I am trying to gear for a positive 2004. Instead of this back pedaling I find myself doing. My computer is all SICK SICK. Not sure why. Hubby is trying to fix it. It is slow. Will not shut down properly and the printer is acting up. So he went and got norton. Not bad $50 for 12 months of protection. So if I go MIA it is just because I am busy OR the computer is being worked on. So I will check in dailly if possible. If not chat soon.
