Guest guest
>you will have 92 days left this year to enter 2004 lighter and happier! In 92 days, you can lose about 12-16 pounds depending on what you weigh! In 92 days, you can lower your cholesterol and blood pressure! In 92 days, you will have over 70 hours of exercise under your smaller belt! I like this. We can start 2004 heavier or lighter. Healthier or not. Let's keep our eyes on New Years and not on the holiday food between now and then. Ann

Guest guest
I want to be in One-derland by 1/1/04. That has been my goal for a while. I haven't weighed the last few days, because my medicine is messed up and that is making me retain LOTS of water. I don't want to see a lousy number and become depressed. So, I will post a weight in a few days when it gets straightened out. The last time I weighed was on 9/24 and I was at 219. SO, I think 199 is a reasonable goal. We will all make healthier starts to the year! Anyone else care to join us? > Sheila, I'll see your 15 and raise you 5! LOL... acutally I think with the way my weight loss has been going the past couple of months 15lbs is more realistic. If I really, really worked hard (and I do mean hard) at it I could probablly hit that 20lb mark, but I won't press my luck! Sooooo.... I'm in on the 15lbs. That would put me at 354lbs for the new year. Hummmmmm maybe that 20lbs wouldn't be so bad after all... 349 puts me sooo close to my BMI minigoal of 348. I guess I'll take it one day at a time and go from there. If the scales start to move faster again maybe I'll change my goal to more, but NO LESS then 15! a

Guest guest
LOL, I know where the flamingo's are. I pass them everyday as I walk to work. Someone has a whole flock of them in her yard. Do you think will stop by to see them if he cant find them in Florida? Jelayne -- 's MOTD - Tues Sept 30 Message of the Day FLAMINGO I`ve been to Florida several times now this year, and I haven`t seen one pink bird yet, so I`m leaving for Tampa this morning, and I`ll find where they live! I am making a return visit to HSN to show people how to lose weight, sweat, and be sassy! Oh, yeah, sassy! ____________________________________________________ IncrediMail - Email has finally evolved - Click Here
