Apple Cinnamon Raisin Bread

1 1/3 cups water

3 tablespoons oil

1/4 cup molasses

1 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

2/3 cup whole wheat flour

2/3 cup oatmeal

2 2/3 cups bread flour

2 1/2 teaspoons yeast

3/4 cup apple -- diced

2/3 cup raisins, seedless

Add ingredients as per manufacturer's instructions, adding the fruit at the

Fruit and Nut beep before the final kneading.

NOTES : Sue's notes:

1. I used no oil and added a bit more apple it came out fine. Remember, the

apples break down into a liquid although the raisins remain whole.

2. I have a horizontal loaf pan, so the best I could cut this bread was in

12 slices, so the nutritional info is for that. If your loaf pan is vertical

and you can get 16 slices for a 2 pound loaf use this nutritional info:
