Sooo this week I'm up 2 lbs, but it was MUCH worse earlier this week. I've taken off a bit since then.... I also stunk with my exercise, but I did get in 8 miles... not many, but better then none which is what I was doing before I started this. soooo... Highest 427 Today 379.5 Total loss from highest: 47.5lbs In the past Week: UP 2lbs Number of Miles this week: 8 Total number of Miles:92 Number of Minutes this week:0 Total number of Minutes:65 Mini-Goal:369 by the Last Friday of August I've decided to put a date on my mini-goal this time.
