Hi all...

Well, just as I figured... go off plan and don't exercise gain

weight. Sooo this week I'm up 2 lbs, but it was MUCH worse earlier

this week. I've taken off a bit since then.... I also stunk with my

exercise, but I did get in 8 miles... not many, but better then none

which is what I was doing before I started this.

Mini-Goal:369 by the Last Friday of August

I've decided to put a date on my mini-goal this time. Maybe it'll

help keep me motivated!
