Hi all... have had a busy morning, but will catch up with posts in a

bit.

This week I'm down 2 lbs and up 19 miles.

That makes....

Highest 427

Today 372

Total loss from highest: 55 lbs

In the past Week: 2 lbs

Number of Miles this week: 19

Total number of Miles:123

Number of Minutes this week:0

Total number of Minutes:65

Mini-Goal:369 by the Last Friday of August (yikes.. next week!)

Hi all... this was my last weigh in on 8/22....

That makes....

Highest 427

Today 372

Total loss from highest: 55 lbs

In the past Week: 2 lbs

Number of Miles this week: 19

Total number of Miles:123

Number of Minutes this week:0

Total number of Minutes:65

Mini-Goal:369 by the Last Friday of August (yikes.. next week!)

It is hard to belive almost a month has gone by and I have hardly

done anything! Granted I have been on the " sick/injured list " for

part of it, and vacation for the other, but wow... almost a MONTH?

Oh well.. here are the new stats:

Highest 427

Today 371 (down 1 lb)

Total loss from highest: 56 lbs

In the past Week: 1 lbs

Number of Miles this week: 10 (4 of them are from last week)

Total number of Miles:133

Number of Minutes this week:0 (I ended up moveing furniture the night

I was going to do 's blast off)

Total number of Minutes:65

Mini-Goal:369 Almost there!!! Next week?!?

Actually if you remember I was up a pound from " vacation " so I'm down

2 lbs this week, but 1 from my last " official report " .

I know...... I didn't start until Wed after my Dr's appointment on

Tuesday. So really those 6 miles this week are in the past 3 days.

No too terrible, but could be better. The night I was going to do

the blast off I got stuck moving a dresser, end table and desk down

to the basement by myself, so I figured that counted as pretty darn

good exercise ;)

Nope since June someteenth when I started. That is a running tab

from then. I will just keep it going for now unless I for some

unforseen reason just flat out stop exercising for a few months, then

it won't count at all!

That is what I was thinking... I'm really tired of having that 369

minigoal... it is about time it got met! Then again I am already

having to think when I post a weight, I want to put 380 something,

not the 370's so it will be even stranger to post 360 something for

me.

Yep.. and explained the snicker fit I had last week as well.. I do

crave Chocoate (and salt) the week before and during. I " should " be

done with the cravings by tomorrow I hope!!!! Then again with these

1/2 starch chocolate ice cream bars I could be craving worse things ;)

Thank god the Schwan man showed up last night with them or I may have

just had to open the lonely bag of milk chocolate, chocolate chips in

the kitchen and then cooked the poor little things. LOL... for now

they will be saved until another day. Like hunting season when I

hear complaints about not having any goodies to take out to the blind

to munch on. Though if that 6 and 8 point start making it a daily

habit of comming into my back yard to eat the pears I'll be eating

them for dinner soon. hummmm pear roasted venison? LOL... oh well,

I told hubby I will almost feel like I'm eating a pet since they came

in last year with their mom as fawns (we are assuming they are the

same 2 sine she had 2 button bucks last year) to eat the lillys in

our pond and eat the seed out of the feeder and the pumpkins the

girls put out in the back yard, not to mention the pears and apples

off the trees. Oh well... I'm babbling now.

You talking in hunting jargon is as foreign to me as talking racing!

At least I understand Ann when she mentions basilisks and snitches! LOL

And I was very surprised to see Basilisk mentioned in the Bullfinch's

Mythology book I have, as well as some of the characters I read about in

both the Harry Potter and Lord of the Ring books. I guess children in

England read more of the Ancient Classics than here in America. The only

time mythology was mentioned at all was a few weeks in history in freshman

year high school.

I think a must live in Snow White's forest home. Doe, fawns, bucks,

fruit trees, ponds with lilies..... I bet the seven dwarves are nearby:

Hmmmm.... I've never considered eating the stray cats that wander into our

yard. hee hee.
