In the time you lost > 10#, I gained 4#. > Kim, I could have been right there with you! Actually I could have gained more I'm sure I have really had to work at it and get my butt moving when I really didn't want to. I've also had to really look at what I've been eating, and pass over alot of stuff that normally I would have eaten in a heart beat! Today is a prime example, we went to the zoo and my husband had me pick up some chocolate chip cookies to go with lunch. I ate one then grabbed another and put it in my mouth... I could have easily eaten the whole package then I looked at the box and about died! 210 calories PER cookie! needless to say I regreted the second cookie, but had enough will power not to eat anymore. In the old days heck I would have never looked and just eaten away. It takes time and a lot of work, but we can all do it! a

Guest guest
This week I'm up 1lbs and up 11 miles! Not as many miles as last week, but I WILL to do better this week! As far as the weight gain goes.... I was actually at 384 on Tuesday after the rotten eating for a 4 day weekend. I plan on getting my menu done today as that helps keep me on schedule, and we don't have a 4 day weekend comming up in a while! Highest 427 Today 381 Total loss from highest: 46lbs In the past Week: Gain 1lb Number of Miles this week: 11 Total number of Miles:57 next mini goal: 379lbs (Almost there!) a

Guest guest
> As far as the weight gain goes.... I wouldn't worry. Remember, you're also now doing a lot more exercise than you used to, so you're probably gaining a bit of muscle there.
