Did anyone watch Oprah today? It was about Incredible Weight Loss Stories ( http://www.oprah.com/tows/pastshows/200304/tows_past_20030424.jhtml )

I saw it and I loved it...what a great show that was, and motivational for the rest of us whom have a lot to lose. I couldn't beleive the difference and the amount of weight lost they all had. Oh and talk about major lucky duck that one guy and the porche.
