Guest guest Posted January 17, 2003 Report Share Posted January 17, 2003 Quick weigh-in report. I have lost all the weight I gained last month AND two more pounds. It is amazing what plenty of water and a little exercise can do. I took me two weeks to lose what I gained in four weeks! Today I am down a total of 40 pounds. I am doing an exchange program - 1800 calories. I need suggestions for lunches. I pack a lunch for work every day. I have been eating lots of salads, but that is getting really old. I am looking for suggestions of different kinds of sandwiches and salad ideas. Does any one have any suggestions for things that are 1-2 starches, 2 protein, and lots of veggies? Cold foods, or things that do not have to be heated are great. There is a microwave in the building, but it is three floors away and very inconvenient. So, soups are not a good option.
