I've been a little busy around the house lately and haven't been contributing as much as I should, but I would like to welcome all the new members who joined up over the past week or so. You'll find a nice gang of ladies around here, of all different age levels, at all different places in their weight loss journey.

Please take a few minutes to visit the list's web site:

and take a look around at the Links and Files sections, where you'll find links to various weight-loss related sites and recipes galore. Please feel free to add any of your own you may think others will enjoy or benefit from.

Add your stats to the Database, our informal weigh-in.

Don't forget to add your birthday to the Calendar, and set a reminder for it so next time around we'll all be there to wish you a good one.

And please, just jump right in to the conversations or start up a thread of your own. I see one of our newbies is on Atkins, a plan that isn't mentioned much around here. I'm sure many of us know the basics (low carb, high protein, ketosis-breath) but I know *I* would be interested in *how* you do it, what you eat each day, and all that.

So, on with the show!
