Go visit my web site and you'll get a pretty good idea of how it works. You may want to wait to order one until the newest set is released next week. That will have the newest version of the FoodMover, as well as some videos and instructional booklets. I don't know what else he's adding to this package. If it's like his other ones, the cost will be between $30 and $40 for the whole set. If you don't want to wait, or can't afford the latest and greatest right now, you can either print out the cards from my web site, or pick up the current FoodMover and instructional booklets for $10 in stores like Walgreen, Wal-Mart, and other discount chains, and even cheaper from places like eBay.
