Hi!! To All Group Members,

It's me , well as for Breakfast today I had just Hawaiian Bready

and Bottled Water, Red Seedless Grapes.

And, as for my weigh in today I still weigh in at 185 pounds almost

close too 190 pounds and 200 pounds.

Well, as for my workout weekend, I probally won't get that much

workout this weekend. Because I work 12 hour shifts at night at the

hospital, I'm 21 years old female, I watch over the patient Heart

Beat on the Heart Monitor and read the patients Heart Rhythm.

Well, I'll check in at lunch time.

,

Sweet bread and fruit does *NOT* a healthy breakfast make! Haven't you been

reading *any* of the posts people have written you?

Keep eating like the past few days and you'll be over 200 in no time.

All the more reason why you should eat healthy, so you can be alert and

aware of your surroundings. Keep eating those sweet breads and drinking

those snapples and all you'll be doing is crashing when your blood sugar

drops.

What are your food plans like for a typical work day?
