A very successful first week... 7 lbs down!

Woo - hoo! I have lost that much in a week before on various very low-

calorie " fad " diets, but this time I have been eating 1500 cals a

day. During the week I have eaten pizza, fries, a chinese meal,

mexican chilli, and a few pasta meals... all of them were low-fat low-

calorie diet versions though! I also substituted a few meals for a

slim-fast shake.

I'm hoping to lose 9 more pounds in the next 4 weeks. I think that's

reasonable!

A plan you can stick with for the rest of your life.
