But I still say you should hide that scale, as I recommend in that other note. I,myself, am resisting the urge to buy a new scale, one I saw in Walgreen that tells your BMI as well as your weight. Ok, I just couldn't wait until morning to go and buy my scale. I just had to know if I had lost any weight from my doctors appointment 3 weeks ago. Well, guess what?! I have!!! 14 pounds! I am down to 261!!!!!!!! I am so thrilled! When I left the doctors office I just knew that I had to loose this weight and I started working on it. Guess what I am doing is working..
