Guest guest Posted August 24, 2002 Report Share Posted August 24, 2002 Well, I have been a bit quiet for a while, so I suppose I should check in. I have not gained or lost since last posted. I continue to hover around 300. Earlier this month the doc put me back on the pill, so we will see how that goes. I actually feel so much better on it. My emotions are much more level than before. Sorta odd to be on the pill since hubby got a vasectomy last year just so I wouldn't have to take the pill forever. ) I have actually started to feel like I can really do this weight-loss thing. I have set a couple of mini goals for myself. Goal #1-DRINK MORE WATER!!! I don't drink nearly enough water, or any liquid for that matter, I am also limiting my soda/caffienated beverage intake to 1 per day. Goal #2-CUT OUT LATE NIGHT SNACKING. I am horrid at this. Usually hubby and I will have a snack or meal after he gets home from work, which is after midnight. I actually have not being doing this for most of this week. BUT being on the pill may have you gain a few until you get used to it. I see you are at the 300 make you first goal 295. I am told when you go into a new 100's it feels so so good. I am still waiting for 199 for about 4 yrs now. LOL Next week DD go back to school and when I walk her to the bus stop the little one and I are going walking. So excited.
