Well, I decided I'm going to weigh myself on Monday's. I did today, but I

forgot to do it before I got dressed. So I ended up weighing myself with my

gym clothes & sneakers on. I was at 252. Even if I subtract out some pounds

for clothes and shoes, I still gained a little from the last time I weighed

myself (which I don't remember if it was last week or the week before). But

I had slacked off. I'm finally back on track though. There was a post a few

days ago in one of the other groups I'm in about keeping track of things and

getting organized. So I finally sat down and got myself organized and made a

new resolve to really make it work this time. So hopefully I'll lose some by

next week. I need to remember to weigh myself at the same time and with the

same types of clothes on too though. :-)
