Guest guest Posted September 17, 2002 Report Share Posted September 17, 2002 Hi, Thanks for the encouragement last week when I sniveled about only losing a pound. I lost one more this week. I feel like I'm on a pretty even keel this time around. I'm not in the cycle of binging and starving that I've been in before when trying to lose weight. I don't feel deprived. I feel like I can keep up this pace for a long time. I'm losing slowly which is frustrating but, when I've lost weight rapidly, I've always gained it back. I'm still walking 4-5 hours per week getting my daughter to and from kindergarten. I've been tempted to jump in the car and take her but I've only done that when the weather was really bad. I just wish my feet and ankles didn't hurt so badly. I have to make a huge cake for a kid's birthday party on Sat. I donated that for a Mothers and More service auction. That will be a big challenge since I love cake! I made a cake for a baby shower on Mon. though and I didn't binge on frosting or cake batter. I'll be glad to get this done. I won't bake anything sweet until my oldest daughter turns 6 in a couple of weeks. That will be tough since the cake will be hanging around our house instead of being delivered to someone else.
