Message of the Day VISUALIZE AND BE SURPRISED

Many of you have not accomplished some of the goals in your lives because

you haven`t seen them yet.

You don`t have that picture in your mind of what you want, and it`s your

obligation to put those pictures there. Some have to close their eyes to see

the image. Others can see it eyes wide open.

Have you ever in your life gotten to your weight goal? You know. You step on

the scale and see that you`ve reached those perfect numbers. About 80% of

people struggle with this and never get down to their ideal weight. Why?

Because they haven`t seen that vision of themselves yet!

Have you ever thought of what you`ll look like at your perfect weight? Try

to visualize that right now. Can you see your face? Look at your cheekbones

and your jaw line. Take a look at your neck. It`s become very graceful! Your

arms have a nice shape to them. You are trim around the waist area, and your

legs are so toned.

After visualizing yourself for a couple of weeks, you will start to believe

you can actually look that way, and most importantly, you will have a better

self image of your body, and we all have to work on that, don`t we?

Visualize your meals, too. Think of what your meals should look like. See

the plate and the food. Paint a picture of what you want to eat, and soon

you will eat the way you think!

Visualize you doing your exercises. There you are out walking. It`s a

beautiful morning, and there you are, putting one foot in front of the other

and moving your arms.

Visualize yourself doing aerobics. You`re dancing all around. You`re lifting

your legs and singing to the music. You see yourself sweatin` and breathing

and trying your best. Then you pick up those weights and begin toning those

muscles in your chest, back, shoulders, and arms.

If you use your visual powers, you will be surprised, because what you start

to see is what you`ll get – a portrait of you that should hang in the

Louvre!
