Guest guest
Well, we had a weekend of family time and eating out. Sat night was chucky cheese and Sun night was subs. So I made better choices than normal. Even hubby said he was proud BUT before he left to play games he made sure no pizza or breadsticks were left behind. LOL. He was quite full. We usually have pizza to bring home BUT hubby thought if he left it there I may take a nibble here or there. Sunday I only ate half the sub and gave the rest to hubby. He is like no eat it. (He does this because he paid good money.). I gave my lecture I am content I dont want to stretch my stomach so it always thinks it needs that much food. So he ate it. Another good choice I made was to have milk instead of soda. I could of eaten the other half BUT it would of been for taste NOT hunger. So even though I made good choices EMOTIONALLY I was in turmoil. I was feeling pretty good with my 20 pound weight loss since June 1. So I have this pair of size 18 Just my size jeans (they fit just right). So I put a panty shaper on to help keep tummy in and a white top and tucked it in. MInd you I hate tucking because my gut is there. BUT the tummy panty shaper helped. I FELT GOOD... Then I took my daughter to the ladies room and coming out of the stall there is a full length mirror. YUCH... Mind you I did not look like I had to melt myself into what I was wearing and Hubby would of said something if it looked AWFUL... BUT it really gave me a wake up call that 20 lbs or not I still have a long haul to go. BUT I am ready. So my thought is how do you feel about full length mirrors. I dont have one BUT maybe have to invest in one. NH Mommy to Abby Liz 10-25-94 Mommy to Anne 7-1-99 START 6/1/02 238/218/
