Guest guest
Usually if they haven't scabbed over and are blistery. Do it as soon as possible or don't waste your time. We did a lot of exposing in our playgroup when one child got it. Those of us who exposed early all got them and the ones who tried towards the end didn't. And really expose them well. We let them share suckers and juice cups and we let the infected one wear the other's shirts for a while and then the kids wore the shirt all day. L. Guest guest
She wasn't suceptible at the time of exposure. Anita Sara <nurturinghome@...> wrote: When I came to visit my friend, her baby had chickenpox. My 2 year old daughter played her and shared toys and even mouthed some. It happened over 3 weeks ago. That baby was CONFIRMED with chickenpox by the pediatrician. My daughter's first exposure to chiceknpox was when my son had chickenpox over a year ago, and my daughter was then a 6 month old baby. How come my daughter didn't come down with the pox?
Guest guest
Sounds like she was a very healthy baby. Did you breastfeed her?
