My mother suffers from severe chronic headaches, as do I, mine are all too often sinus headaches, does this work for those too? Oh, my question was how much cocoa honey and pb should I mix together? And I really do not know if it would work for anyone else. I do not drink any caffeine beverages. So I do not know if that is a factor in its success for me - ?. Sorry I don't measure the amounts - just stir it all together and taste test. I do make it quite strong on the chocolate. I also have noticed that I get headaches from nitrates/nitrites in foods so I do not eat ham, luncheon meats, hot dogs, etc. MIGRAINE FUDGE REMEDY? > That sounds like a delicous thing to try the next time I have a > headache!
