Guest guest
>Herpes is a monkey virus...< Interesting. I have always believed that HHV6 (Herpes virus) played a part in my grandson regressing into autism. He had two cases of Roseola that made him very sick, one time we rushed him to the hospital. They misdiagnosed him saying he had two bad ear infections even though I told them he had no symptoms of that. They forced antibiotics down him that night and ordered us to give them to him. The next Monday he broke out in rash all over his body, and I thought it was a reaction to the antibiotics. The Ped looked at him and said he had Roseola and to STOP giving him the antibiotics. His explanation for the diagnosis they gave of ear infections is that a high fever can make the ears red! Tristan had Roseola before and was also very sick at that time. When I began researching Roseola I discovered that it is considered a MILD childhood illness that all children get in their lifetime, some showing no symptoms. It made me wonder why. Then later I read that several doctors were finding high titres of HHV6 in the blood of children with autism. I have always believed there was a connection between vaccines and HHV6. So your comment makes me believe that it is the polio virus. There is an ENT in Austin who treats for this very virus in autistic children though he doesn't believe autism is caused by vaccines. Tristan has his appointment to see this doctor in January. He treats with antivirals, steroids (not happy about that) and then 6 months later with some kind of growth hormone to help the body rebuild myelin. My opinion is that thid is the closest to addressing Tristan's autism based on his history. We are praying this will help him recover. Guest guest
My son had roseola as well. He was seven months old and was running a very high fever, I freaked out! He was my first baby and I wasn't that confident, the doctor said that he had a double ear infection AND strep throat, this was an idiotic urgent care doctor. I gave him the antibiotics, like a " good obedient mother " and then within two days he had the rash. I rushed him back in and they said that it was roseola. He had a very hard time with it, I believe, because of the antibiotics. Sara Re: Herpes is a monkey virus... > >Herpes is a monkey virus...< > > Interesting.
