Guest guest
I am definately hearing more people have the flu this season, but many are telling me it happened after their flu shot. It's not like I'm taking a poll, but I tend to remember what I hear and put it together. I actually did hear someone say they are refusing flu shots for religious reasons, but the vast majority are not getting it because they don't think it is safe and effective. Everybody I know thinks pregnant women should not get it. I was pregnant last year and it was not offered and I think it may have been on the list of things a pregnant woman should not do(maybe just 1st trimester though). Those who did get the shot are having a longer flu than those who didn't. All anecdotal evidence points to the exact opposite of what medical evidence claims. Hmmm, We're running out of flu shots huh? Well isn't that convienient? _________________________________________________________________ Make your home warm and cozy this winter with tips from MSN House & Home. http://special.msn.com/home/warmhome.armx
