Hi all, just thought I would send in a brief intro. I am off on a month long

holiday in a couple of days, so don't intend to contribute much. But once I get

back I look forward to joining in on some of the discussions.

I am a 39 year old single mum, with a daughter about to turn 5. Unfortunately

she has had her vaccinations up until 2 years old, as I was totally uninformed

back then. Thanks to the internet, and the AVN group I have since learned

better. Luckily my daughter and I have a healthy immune system and rarely ever

get sick. In fact, I find combating illness with diet, such as vitamin c and

garlic etc, are all we need to avoid anything that is going around. And, if we

happen to catch anything we can manage to ride it out without too much

discomfit, avoiding any kind of medical interference. The results are an even

stronger immune system, and longer stretches between illness. I also find that

diet effects my daughters moods and can easily change her ways with a change of

food. The other blessing is that being a single mum I have absolutely nobody

opposing me on my desicions not to vaccinate. Nobody who has a say anyway. Of

course I regularly have to defend my stance, and intend on

doing Sheri's vaccination course sometime next year just so that my arguments

are more informed. I have done her homeopathy course, and thank her immensly

for that. I thoroughly recommend her courses to anybody who wished to feel

secure about their health.

The main thing I think I believe is that we shouldn't mess with nature. After

all, our bodies were created to combat anything that it may come up against.

That is providing we haven't messed around with it in the meantime. And the

planet we are on provides everything we may need to help us along the way. If

we were meant to tamper with nature, we would not have these things within our

reach.

Thats about it for now. A little more than I intended, but much less than I

would like to say. I look forward to getting to know you all.

Fieldman.
